What are the potentials and pitfalls as far as employee’s relationship with organizations concerned? In recent research, there have been rising debates about exploring work from home as a strategy of boosting the efficiency of employees in public and private organizations. As a result of this, a body of literature created on this issue through examining various issues and embark scholars to debate on this issue. While some studies suggest work from home as an effective strategy, some others discard this on the ground of various challenges that the employees encountered because of this. However, the present research paper uses the phenomenology approach to seek the opinions from both the employees working from home and HR managers those who are associated with this system and seeks answers of these questions. The paper suggests that there is mixed experience among the employees and HR Managers about this system. It argues that though the leadership is observed technically oriented and micromanaging, employees are found satisfied over structured communication of team leaders. Further, there is a need to take up quantitative study to learn and establish the relationship between the involvement of the employees and effective leadership practices.
Liena Prajogi, Wiwiek Mardawiyah Daryanto, David Chandrawan, Yan Wibisono ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jscd.ipmi.ac.id/index.php/jscd/article/view/132 Fri, 23 May 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Transformation of Pancoran Village through Education Tourism and Green Environment Management for Sustainable Empowerment https://jscd.ipmi.ac.id/index.php/jscd/article/view/131
Community service in Pancoran RW 04 Village, South Jakarta, is carried out with an approach based on "Green Village" and "Eduwisata." However, the practice of greenwashing, where companies merely pretend to care about the environment to enhance their image, has raised significant concerns. This research aims to identify how greenwashing is used within the context of strategic management and to evaluate its impact on consumer trust and corporate reputation in the long term. The study employs a case study method, analyzing companies accused of greenwashing, particularly from the fast fashion and energy industries. The findings reveal that while greenwashing can boost short-term sales and popularity, its detrimental effect on corporate reputation becomes evident in the long run, especially when consumers detect the discrepancy between a company's claims and actual practices. The implications of this research highlight the importance of authentic sustainability strategies and contribute to the literature on ethics in strategic management. Thus, this study encourages companies to adopt more socially and environmentally responsible solutions, rather than mere image-building efforts.
M Alif Satria Adjam, Muhammad Zaidi Hakim ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jscd.ipmi.ac.id/index.php/jscd/article/view/140 Sat, 31 May 2025 13:07:17 +0700 Pengaruh Reputasi Bank Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia https://jscd.ipmi.ac.id/index.php/jscd/article/view/139
Popon Srisusilawati, Sri Devi, Irma Yulita Silviany ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jscd.ipmi.ac.id/index.php/jscd/article/view/139 Sat, 31 May 2025 13:33:45 +0700
